The room is available for booking on Friday, and some Wednesday evenings between 5.00pm and 12.00 midnight. We also have Sunday afternoons available between Noon and 8pm. We also consider Funeral Wakes during the daytime on weekdays.
All bookings/functions MUST be booked or sponsored by a current member of the Jubilee Club and the booking must be approved by the committee.

Please note that we do not allow cellotape to be attached to any walls, only Blu-tac to be used. Party poppers are not permitted. Adult Birthday parties for under 21 years of age not permitted.
Hire Charge: £100.00 payable with the application form. £25 will be returned if the room is left in a reasonable condition and doesn’t need additional cleaning.
The £100.00 is required to reserve the booking and will be confirmed when it is presented to and confirmed at the next committee meeting. The club will then contact you and confirm your booking.
Please be aware that until the booking has been paid for and confirmed by the committee it is only a provisional booking.
A cancellation charge of 50% is applicable once your booking has been confirmed.
